The Flyers did not claim a goalie. If they do at some point look to upgrade on Kolosov as the org's No. 3, the better move imo would be to make a trade for a vet who has already cleared waivers and then can be immediately parked in the AHL.

Basically, that leaves the following "bubble" players still in camp: Nikita Grebenkin, Carl Grundstrom, Garrett Wilson (who isn't on an NHL contract), David Jiricek, Helge Grans & Aleksei Kolosov If they just cut Wilson (obv), Grans (injured) & Kolosov, that's a 23-man roster.

Very optional morning skate for tonight's game. Only skaters on the ice: Klimovich, Gaucher, Foote, Gill, Vladar and Kolosov. So we know those 6 at least will play vs. Boston.

Aleksei Kolosov is the first player on the ice for the Flyers' main training camp group. (Vladar came out soon after.) https://t.co/Pu6l3mYFMs
