Ben Kindel, who has been out week to week with a lower-body injury, is on the ice for Penguins practice wearing a regular yellow jersey. No Bryan Rust or Justin Brazeau. And as per Penguins PR, Blake Lizotte is being evaluated for a lower-body injury and isn't practicing today.

Bryan Rust goes to IR alongside Brazeau, Kindel, Lizotte and Graves. Andrei Kuzmenko was designated as non-roster. Tristan Broz is listed as injured non-roster. Only 22 players, so Lizotte could be activated from IR without sending anyone down. He practiced yesterday.
