A name to consider as #CBJ goaltender in the wake of Elvis Merzlikins' (shoulder) injury: Cam Talbot Talbot, 39, who spent the past two seasons w #LGRW, is UFA. He could sign a low-salary deal w performance bonuses. Talbot and #CBJ Jet Greaves played for Canada in the Worlds.

If #CBJ Elvis Merzlikins isn't ready to go at the start of the season, Pheonix Copley would be Jet Greaves' backup. Copley, who spent part of his childhood in Lancaster, Ohio, was signed as a free agent and expected to play for AHL Cleveland. @monstershockey
