Brandon Saad

L · 33.9 years old · USHL 09-10

Drafted 2011 · round 2, 43 overall, CHI

He does not play in the NHL yet, so this page carries what he has actually done rather than what we project. No forecast, no category value and no draft ranking: we model NHL seasons, and putting a number on a USHL season we do not model would look like analysis and be a guess.

Trajectory · NHL-equivalent points per game

Each season's points per game times its league's translation factor (for example SHL 0.59, Liiga 0.54, AHL 0.44, Allsvenskan 0.38, CHL 0.28, J20 0.18): what a league's scoring has historically been worth in the NHL. A scoring translation, not a rating. A short current season is drawn lighter.
