Line Chemistry
5v5 on-ice results for teammates who actually play together. Forward lines are shown as trios; defence and mixed as pairs.
❓ How to read this
How pairs of teammates perform when they share the ice at even strength — chemistry, in numbers.
- TOI
- Minutes the two players were on the ice together at even strength.
- xGF%
- While together, what share of the quality chances went their way? 55%+ = a duo that tilts the ice.
- CF%
- Shot-attempt share while together (possession).
- GF-GA
- Actual goals for and against while together.
Time together is the smallest of the three pairwise totals, so it is a floor rather than a measurement. There is no trio xGF%: an on-ice rate for three men cannot be recovered from three pairwise rates, so each pair’s own figure is shown.
